US Market Export Access

US FDA Food Facility Registration

Seamlessly export food, beverages, and dietary supplements to the United States with official FDA registration and US Agent representation through Gitchia Institute.

Why Do Exporters Need FDA Registration?

Under the United States Bioterrorism Act and the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), all domestic and foreign facilities that manufacture, process, pack, or hold food, beverages, and dietary supplements for consumption in the United States must register with the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Shipments arriving at US ports of entry without valid FDA registration and Prior Notice will be detained, refused entry, or returned at the exporter’s expense.
